Who you are:
Handle the new module product workshop on site function test process.
Work together with Project Engineer to establish the new product module assembly/manufacturing standard, establish the whole quality control document.
About the job:
Working in FCM/HSS relevant NEW Module Product development area
*FCM= Fuel conditioning module
*HSS= High speed separator system
Involve the whole timeline of the NEW module product develop process, knowing well of the NEW module product design principles and main technical specification.
Work together with Local project engineer and Centre Product development, leading to test the NEW module product control system (hardwire & software) / mechanical components, until success finish the complete test program.
Implement the module test for class certificate purpose.
Implement the module test for customer FAT.
Work with Project Engineer/Design engineer/ Central product development engineer/Module workshop, to establish local module workshop assembly & manufacturing process standard document for the NEW module product.
Work together with Project Engineer/Module workshop to establish workshop quality control document.
Support service engineer to implement on board commissioning if need for the pilot NEW Module
Customer satisfaction oriented
What you know:
Bachelor's degree, major in electrical or mechanical.
Background & insight in the Marine product, knowledge of Alfa Laval product is a plus.
Experience of Testing/Service is a plus.
Familiar with marine Class regulation
Module manufacturing process & Quality control
6+ years’ working experience, experience in Marine is a plus.
Problem solving and target oriented.
Good communication
AutoCAD
Written and spoken English fluently in the work.
