We are looking for a Test Engineer Senior who will:
This position may be required to lead a small group of testers as per project needs and is responsible for reviewing the overall architecture of hardware, software, and networking systems by composing a complex test plan script, executing the tests, documenting the results and analysing the output. This role also works with Test & Defect Management tools, Test automation tools and scripting languages to complete tasks. Must understand the requirements and perform complex design and development, maintenance of the automation & manual test suites as per project needs. Additionally, this role performs automated and manual test execution for functional, application, regression and integration tests.
Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for candidates who :
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology; Computer Science, Engineering, related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in software testing with SingleView.
- Reviews and analyses overall architecture of complex hardware, software, and networking systems by composing detailed test plan scripts ensuring proper requirements coverage, executing the tests, documenting the results, analysing the output, root cause analysis and communicating results.
- Participates in activities related to Agile and DevOps including planning, reviews, stand-ups, demos, retrospectives, and corrective actions etc.
- Responsible for learning new products and existing applications. Provides training and documentation to other members, as required.
- Performs automated and manual test execution for functional, application, regression, and integration tests.
- Works with various applications, systems, and networking groups to ensure smooth resolution of issues.
- Develops an understanding of the features’ requirements and how the features are used.
- May lead a team.
