Position Overview
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Test Engineer II to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our software products. In this role, you will execute manual and automated test cases, contribute to robust test documentation, and collaborate closely with developers and stakeholders to identify issues early and improve overall software quality.
This role offers an opportunity to work with modern testing tools, automation frameworks, and an AI-first mindset, while contributing to high-impact, production-grade software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with software developers and stakeholders to understand requirements, design, and functionality for effective test planning and execution.
- Execute manual and automated test cases based on defined test plans, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Establish and configure test environments that closely mirror production setups to enable reliable testing and smooth deployments.
- Create, review, and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test scripts, ensuring clarity and adherence to standards.
- Perform regression testing to validate that new changes do not impact existing functionality.
- Identify, log, track, and validate defects using defect management tools, providing clear reproduction steps and updates through resolution.
- Conduct re-testing after bug fixes to confirm successful resolution and system stability.
- Participate in code reviews from a testing perspective, identifying potential risks and quality gaps early in the development lifecycle.
- Stay current with emerging testing tools, automation techniques, and best practices, applying them to continuously improve testing processes.
- Apply analytical skills to resolve routine and basic testing issues while working within established processes and timelines.

Qualifications Required
- 3+ yrs hands-on experience in manual and automated software testing
- Strong understanding of software testing principles, processes, and quality standards
- Experience working in collaborative, cross-functional development environments
- Ability to follow defined processes while managing multiple testing activities and deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
