Senior Test Development Engineer
- Designs, Develops, and Implements cost-effective methods of testing for Ultrasound Product production test. 设计,开发并实施超声产品生产测试的高效的检测方法。
- Participates in defining test objectives, strategies, and standards in order to minimize test escapes, reduce cost and maximize yield. 参与制定测试目标、策略和标准，以减少测试遗漏，降低成本，并最大化良率。
- Investigate and determine root cause of product issues for production products and determine appropriate resolution. 调查并确定产品问题的根本原因，制定适当的解决方案。
- Engage in product development and introduction efforts as a technical contributor on the Product Industrialization team. This includes providing DFx (Design for Manufacturability, Testability, Reliability, Serviceability) input into product requirements, PCBA design, Product test planning, producing technical solutions to meet the requirements, and performing engineering activities as required to introduce products into a factory: in-house or at a partner.

You will be fit if you are 岗位要求
- Bachelor or above in Electronic Engineering or Computer Engineering Degree电子工程或计算机工程本科及以上学位
- 5+ years on the job (full time) in an Engineering role as must至少5年全职工程岗位工作经验
- Prefer Ultrasound/Medical Device experience 有超声/医疗设备相关经验者优先
- Proficient in test hardware development and have a solid foundation in test software development 精通测试硬件开发，具备扎实的测试软件开发基础。
- Methodical, high attention to detail, and effective troubleshooting/problem solving skills 思路清晰，注重细节，具备出色的故障排查与问题解决能力

Skills Required
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Sciences, or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Manufacturing/Operations, Industrial/Production/Systems/Cost Engineering (Bachelor's) or Master's degree with no prior experience
- Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) / Product Development Lifecycle Management (PDLM)
- Master Data Management (MDM) and Manufacturing BOM/master data release experience
- Knowledge and application of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
- Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Design for Lean Manufacturing (DFLM) experience
- Troubleshooting, Root Cause Analysis (RCA) skills
- Understanding of regulatory compliance, environment health & safety requirements in manufacturing
- Project management and cross-functional stakeholder collaboration experience
- Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent
