Responsibilities

  • Understand the mechanisms and functionalities of DoraHacks and related products
  • Responsible for user-end, server-end, blockchain-end product quality control and black-box testing
  • Manage and deploy testing tools
  • Write test cases and execute them timely, report bugs and coordinate bux fixes professionally
  • Help build the team's quality control system, including but not limited to automated testing, continuous integration, online systems, etc.
  • Bug tracking and analysis

Qualifications

  • Fluent in Mandarin for verbal communication (writing skills not required)
  • Bachelor degree or above, computer related major, more than 1 year work experience
  • Love web3, be curious and enthusiastic about web3 related products and technology
  • Be able to learn product and business fast with critical thinking capabilities
  • Great communication and collaboration ability
  • Great sense of accountability and responsibility
  • Candidates fluent in both English and Mandarin are preferred
  • Experience in test automation or white box testing is welcomed

  • Test: You may be required to complete an online test or a take-home assignment to assess your skills relevant to the position.
  • Recruiter Call: A brief 15-30 minute discussion to go over your background and the role.
  • Team Interview: A more in-depth session lasting 45-60 minutes with the team you'll be working with, focusing on your technical skills and team fit.
  • Final Interview: A concluding interview of approximately 45 minutes that may involve higher-level management or final decision-makers.
  • All interviews will be conducted via Zoom or Google Meeting, accommodating a fully remote recruitment process to best suit candidates globally.
