We are looking for a National Partnership Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll own strategic relationships with our corporate partners, building, strengthening, and reviving partnerships that are critical to Bevi’s growth. You’ll ensure partners are successful from onboarding to activation, and help scale programs and incentives that drive long-term impact.

Your Day to Day
  • Lead key HQ, regional, branch, and franchise communications with national accounts.
  • Onboard and activate new partners, ensuring they have the tools, training, and support needed to succeed.
  • Drive growth and accountability by managing partner programs, incentives, and performance against agreed goals.
  • Revive and strengthen underperforming partners through proactive support, business reviews, and tailored strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with service-level agreements, brand standards, and operational excellence.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Enablement teams to build scalable tools and minimize channel conflict.
  • Represent Bevi at key industry events, conferences, and partner summits.
  • Track and report on partner performance using Salesforce and other systems, using data to inform decisions.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in account management, partnerships, or channel sales in a high-growth environment.
  • Proven ability to build and grow relationships with senior decision makers and partner stakeholders.
  • Skilled in designing and executing partner programs, incentives, and enablement strategies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to influence and build trust with diverse audiences.
  • Data-driven with experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
  • Excited by travel (up to 50–60%) to strengthen relationships and represent Bevi nationwide.

The posted compensation range reflects the salary* for this position. Some roles may be eligible for a commission plan or a bonus incentive. All Bevi employees receive equity in the form of stock options. All full-time employees are invited to participate in our Total Rewards plan, which includes health & medical benefits, flexible spending accounts, flexible PTO, and more. Offers to join Bevi are based on a few criteria, including the scope of the role, the candidate's work experience, targeted skills, internal equity of the team, and external market data.

*For Sales roles: The posted range reflects base salary plus commission which is the total potential on target earnings (OTE) for the position.

Pay Range
$173,485$214,305 USD
