We are currently searching for a Test Data Management Engineer:

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Test Data Management (TDM) solutions for enterprise applications.
• Develop self-service test data provisioning utilities using Java, Groovy, or Python.
• Implement data discovery, masking, subsetting, synthetic data generation, and data validation processes.
• Support test data requests, refresh activities, and test data governance.
• Develop SQL queries and API validations to ensure data quality and accuracy.
• Create and maintain Gold Copy databases and data provisioning frameworks.
• Collaborate with QA, Development, and DevOps teams to enable efficient testing.
• Execute Mainframe JCL batch job create extracts and push it to Managed File Transfer (MFT).
• Automate API or UI workflows to conditioning test data per requirements.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Test Data Management, Data Provisioning, Mainframe JCL, ETL, and Test Data Automation.
• Strong hands-on experience with GenRocket (or Informatica TDM / similar TDM tools).
• Strong programming skills in Core Java, Groovy, or Python.
• Proven expertise in SQL, ETL, RDBMS, and Cloud Data Sources.
• Experience with Data Masking & Synthetic Data Generation processes.
• Working knowledge of REST APIs.
• High-Performance Mindset: Resilience, emotional intelligence, and a focus on agile delivery.
• Technologist DNA: A deep understanding of the difference between "coding" and "engineering."

Desired 

• Knowledge in integration patterns such as Apache Camel and Kafka is preferred.
• Familiarity with cloud-native foundations or AI coding assistants.

Languages

• Advanced Oral English.
• Advanced Spanish.
