Mayvin is seeking a Test Coordinator III to support the United States Army and CPE Ground at Fort Belvoir, VA.  The candidate will serve as a senior hardware test manager for select CPE Ground programs to ensure the quality and performance of complex systems meet the Warfighter’s requirements.  The candidate will be required to work in a collaborative team environment and be comfortable working matrixed personnel as well as both military, civilian, and other contracted personnel.


Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Must have an active Secret clearance with eligibility to obtain a Top-Secret.


Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with ATEC and OTC to develop test plans and schedules for military acquisition programs, ensuring data and results support independent evaluation
  • Oversee or conduct Test and Evaluation Working Integrated Product Teams (T&E WIPTs) and Test Readiness Reviews (TRRs) to ensure adequacy of associated test plans, procedures, and test execution
  • Research applicable documents such as CDDs, CPDs, product specifications, and Army Regulations, to develop and staff Test and Evaluation Master Plans (TEMPs) to support program milestones
  • Track all testing planned and maintain a Master Test Schedule. Share data with PEO level T&E personnel for test synchronization
  • Evaluate test data, assess risks, and develop test result summaries for leadership briefings, Suitability Statements and Milestone Decisions.
  • Ensure military TTPs used during testing are current and representative.
  • Use test plans or other program data/research to develop fiscal year ammunition requirements to support programs.
Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
  • Extensive knowledge of military Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs)
  • Extensive knowledge of non-IT Defense Acquisition Systems  
  • Able to operate with minimal oversight from the government

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum 15 years of relevant experience
  • Subject Matter Expert (SME) on for Hardware Test and Evaluation (T&E)
  • Able to lead T&E efforts on assigned programs
