onsemi is seeking a self-driven and motivated professional to join the Global Assembly/Test Capacity & Strategic Planning team in a role focused on managing probe and test capacity at onsemi factories and OSATs. The role involves routine collaboration with supply chain, business units, and global manufacturing teams to align capacity to forecast demand.
Responsibilities- Analyze global demand to identify probe and test capacity improvement opportunities.
- Quarterly supply review
- Annual strategic plan
- Optimize resource distribution across factories.
- Influence product engineering plans for test time improvement projects and test platform migrations.
- Understand factory performance and influence improvement initiatives.
- Define capacity growth plans including equipment requirements, business case and project ownership.
- Analyze current business processes for new product capacity planning, identify gaps, and develop system-based solutions.
- Occasional travel will be required.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering. MBA is an advantage.
- 7+ years of semiconductor industry experience including manufacturing operations or supply chain roles. Familiarity with ATE is highly desirable.
- Ability to work effectively with multiple business functions in a global environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
