Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Engineering Specialist to lead and manage a distributed offshore performance testing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for (End to End ) strategizing, planning, designing, and executing comprehensive performance and load testing initiatives across the workstreams. This role is pivotal in ensuring system reliability, scalability, and meeting defined performance SLAs. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and coordinate a distributed offshore performance testing team to ensure effective execution of test plans and delivery of high-quality results. • Define and implement performance testing strategies aligned with business and technical requirements. • Develop, maintain, and execute performance and load testing scripts using industry-standard tools (e.g., LoadRunner, JMeter). • Set performance benchmarks, analyze test results, and identify potential performance bottlenecks and system limitations. • Work closely with development, functional, and business stakeholders to drive resolution of performance-related issues. • Continuously optimize performance test processes and tools for efficiency and scalability. • Produce detailed performance test reports, providing clear insights and recommendations to support decision-making. • Ensure all testing activities align with organizational quality standards and compliance requirements. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Proven experience in leading offshore or distributed QA/performance testing teams. • Must have Hands-on expertise with performance testing tools such as LoadRunner(Truclient and Web HTTP & HTML) and other protocols. • Strong understanding of system architectures (client/server, web applications, microservices, cloud-based platforms). • Solid knowledge of performance testing types (load, stress, endurance, spike) and best practices. • Familiarity with APM tools (e.g., Dynatrace, AppDynamics, New Relic) for monitoring and diagnostics. • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams. • Experience working in Waterfall/Agile methodologies.15 years full time education
