Job Summary As a supply chain functional consultant, you will work with business users to provide expertise across supply chain management modules. You will be instrumental in gathering usiness requirements, designing solutions, resolving production issues and leading customer-facing engagements. Your role supports seamless implementations, ongoing enhancements and customer satisfaction within a support-focused model. Responsibilities Collaborate with business users as a functional expert on supply chain modules. Analyze business requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, and translate needs into actionable solutions. Prepare clear project documentation including solution designs, functional specifications and training materials Explain business requirements and solutions to project team members and stakeholders Develop and maintain functional configuration documents and SOPs Create and execute test scenarios across different test environments Design, implement, and manage supply chain systems and processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain strategies with business goals. Ensure seamless operation of supply chain activities, including procurement, production, and distribution. Provide support and training to teams on supply chain systems and tools. Develop and maintain documentation related to supply chain processes. Monitor industry trends and implement best practices to enhance supply chain efficiency. Analyze supply chain performance and identify areas for improvement. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 8 years of experience in supply chain management or a related area. Strong understanding of supply chain principles and practices. Proven track record of optimizing supply chain processes and systems. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
