As a Test Automation Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our software platforms. You will design and implement automated testing solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help integrate quality practices throughout the development lifecycle. Design, implement, and maintain automated test solutions for web and mobile applications
Collaborate with development teams to define test coverage and integrate automation early in the software development lifecycle
Contribute to the design and evolution of automation frameworks and support CI/CD pipeline integration
Investigate and troubleshoot test failures by analyzing logs, data layers, and system behavior across environments
Participate in code reviews to promote quality standards and best practices in test automation

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
At least 5 years of experience in software testing, including both manual and automated testing
Proficiency in object-oriented or scripting languages used for test automation
Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and automation frameworks
Experience working in Agile development and DevOps environments
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
Effective verbal and written communication skills in English
Ability to work on-site in Ankara, Turkey and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
