Designs and productionizes automotive electronics systems, develops engineering and production UIs, creates test specifications, automates hardware and ECU validation, maintains HIL systems, and reports defects. The role integrates firmware and software with hardware test setups, validates test jigs, interprets schematics, documents development, and collaborates with electronics, mechanical, PCB, quality, and manufacturing teams.

Requirements
- Commitment and passion towards all things engineering, in general, and electronics & Embedded, in specific. Drive towards creating new ideas and bringing them to practice.
- Strong work ethic, bias towards action, and readiness to be outside own’s comfort zone.
- Attitude of a systematic approach to problem solving.
- Must have a good exposure on dSpace/ETAS/Vector HiL setups.
- Must have a good exposure to Python/PyQT.
- Adapt and integrate firmware and software with existing and new hardware test setups.
- Should have Hands On experience in working with RobotFrame Works or Python or PyQT.
- Should be very good at reading & understanding of schematics.
- Strong background in more than one of the following: 1. Electronics engineering, 2. Embedded systems, 3. Communication protocols (CAN, LIN, UART, SPI, I2C and/or Ethernet), 4. Coding languages: CAPL, Python, Embedded C.
- Background in GUI development and evidence of working with hardware engineers.
- B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc in Electronics Engineering + 2 -4 years of experience in test automation or relevant fields demonstrating the required skills.
Skills Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering or a related B.E., B.Tech, or B.Sc. program
- 2–4 years of experience in test automation or relevant fields
- Exposure to dSPACE, ETAS, or Vector HIL setups
- Experience with Python and PyQt
- Hands-on experience with Robot Framework, Python, or PyQt
- Ability to adapt and integrate firmware and software with hardware test setups
- Strong ability to read and understand electrical schematics
- Strong background in electronics engineering, embedded systems, communication protocols, or coding languages
- Experience with one or more of CAN, LIN, UART, SPI, I2C, or Ethernet
- Experience with CAPL, Python, or Embedded C
- GUI development experience
- Experience collaborating with hardware engineers
