🚀 We’re Hiring: Test Analyst 100% Remote
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Test Analyst to join our team. The role focuses on ensuring the quality, stability, and performance of our core business applications and systems. You should have a solid IT background, strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and software testing lifecycle, and experience applying comprehensive testing strategies for enterprise systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
👷♂️ What You’ll Be Doing
- Test Planning & Design: Work closely with business analysts and developers to define comprehensive test plans and design test cases for system implementations and upgrades.
- Test Execution & Reporting: Execute test cases across various testing phases (System, Integration, Regression, UAT). Log, track, and manage defects through to resolution. Provide clear, concise, and timely progress reports.
- Enterprise Application Testing: Conduct in-depth testing of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems and related business processes.
- Interface & Data Testing: Validate data exchange and message integrity by testing EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) transactions and API (Application Programming Interface) endpoints.
- Data Validation: Utilize SQL to query databases, validate data integrity, and perform backend testing.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve testing processes, efficiency, and coverage.
✅ What We’re Looking For
- At least 3 years experience on software testing
- Must have ISTQB (International Software Testing Qualifications Board) Foundation Level certification or higher
- In-depth understanding of system, regression, and integration testing methodologies.
- Demonstrated capability in testing and validating large-scale ERP systems and EDI integrations/message formats.
- Hands-on experience in API testing.
- Skilled in writing and executing SQL queries.
Nice to Have
- Practical experience planning, conducting, and interpreting results from performance testing (including load, stress, and volume testing).
- Experience developing and maintaining test automation scripts, particularly using Java.
