Overview

Tritusa is seeking a Test Analyst to support testing activities across business-critical systems and services. The role will focus on acceptance testing, test planning and execution, manual and automated testing, and test automation initiatives to ensure solutions meet business, functional, and quality requirements. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, documenting, and reporting defects and risks, while working closely with stakeholders, project teams, and delivery partners to support effective decision-making and successful project outcomes.

Your Role and Responsibilities

  • Develop acceptance criteria for functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Design test cases and scenarios for systems, products and services.
  • Select the appropriate testing approach, including both manual and automated testing.
  • Develop, automate and execute test cases, reporting on outcomes.
  • Implement scalable and reliable automated tests and frameworks.
  • Contribute to high-level test plans.
  • Collaborate with project colleagues and stakeholders across analysis, development and operations to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
  • Analyze and report on test activities, results, issues and risks — including the work of others.
  • Identify improvements in requirements, design or specification processes to increase testing effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Provide advice and guidance on the adoption of methods, tools, policies and standards, and review their usage.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for candidates with a combination of the following:   

  • 6+ Years of Experience developing acceptance criteria related to functional and non-functional requirements, business processes, features, user stories and business rules.
  •  Ability to design, specify and execute test cases and scenarios to confirm that systems, products and services meet acceptance criteria and deliver predicted business benefits.
  •  Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work with project colleagues and stakeholders across analysis, development and operations to ensure accurate and comprehensive test coverage.
  • Ability to analyse and report on test activities, results, issues and risks, including reviewing or incorporating the work of others.
  • Experience providing advice and guidance to support the adoption of testing methods and tools, while ensuring adherence to agreed policies and standards.
  • Ability to tailor testing processes in line with agreed standards and evaluate the effectiveness of methods and tools.
  • Experience reviewing and improving the usage and application of testing methods, tools and frameworks.
  • Proven ability to select appropriate testing approaches, including manual and automated testing, based on project needs and delivery context.
  •  Experience developing and executing test plans, test cases and test scenarios across systems, products or services.
  •  Hands-on capability in implementing scalable and reliable automated tests and automated testing frameworks.
  • Ability to identify improvements in requirements, design or specification processes to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of testing.
