Territory Sales Representative – Rhode Island Area

We’re looking for a Territory Sales Representative to own and expand the Rhode Island market, working directly with contractors and dealer partners to drive demand for industry‑leading hardscape products. If you love being on the road, building relationships face‑to‑face, and seeing the direct impact of your effort, this role is for you.

Job Description

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll manage your territory like a business—powered by structure, supported by data, and fueled by relationships.

  • Grow market share by influencing contractors and supporting dealer partners
  • Execute a structured weekly territory plan using Techo‑Bloc’s Sales Science approach
  • Maintain strong activity and follow‑through 
  • Educate contractors on products, installation best practices, and system solutions
  • Drive contractor demand to dealer partners and support dealer success
  • Conduct merchandising audits and keep displays brand‑standard
  • Train dealer staff on products, tools, and selling techniques
  • Identify new business opportunities through research and competitive insights

Qualifications

  • Experience in hardscape, building materials, construction, dealer‑based sales or B2B sales.
  • Strong relationship‑building and communication skills
  • Comfortable using data, CRM tools, and structured sales processes
  • Organized, self‑motivated, and competitive—in a good way
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout the Rhode Island territory
