Year 1 Total Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000
Base: $40,000 – $60,000
Guaranteed Commission: Minimum $70,000
Year 2+: Uncapped Commission
Top performers earn $200,000+ annually

We are seeking a motivated Territory Sales Representative to develop and grow business across Queens, Brooklyn, and Staten Island. This role focuses on building long-term customer relationships, driving revenue growth, and delivering outstanding service to commercial accounts.

What You’ll Do
Manage and grow an assigned territory of commercial accounts
Prospect and develop new business
Present products and promotions to customers
Maintain strong customer relationships and provide ongoing support
Monitor sales performance and identify growth opportunities
Collaborate with inside sales and branch leadership
Represent the company professionally in the field
What We’re Looking For
1–2+ years of outside sales experience
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with a drive to meet and exceed sales goals
Valid, unrestricted driver’s license
Strong communication and organizational skills
