Responsibilities:
- (40%) Territory sales management
- Establishment of territory sales strategy: analyze the assigned territory's market and develop strategies to achieve sales objectives.
- TPS Management: Manage and adjust TPS in the respective region to maintain and enhance partnerships, maximize performance, enhance TPS capabilities, and contribute to achieving sales goals.
- Sales Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the sales performance of the region to understand market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Reporting and Forecasting: Provide weekly/monthly sales reports to management and conduct sales forecasting.
- Conduct appropriate education for customers and TPS to ensure the proper use of the product.
- (20%) Key customer management
- Maintain relationships with key customers and make efforts to secure new customers.
- Problem Solving and Customer Support: Address customer issues or requests and maintain customer satisfaction.
- (20%) Product Education
- Conduct appropriate education for customers and TPS to ensure the proper use of the product.
- (20%) Conducting company events, conferences and workshops.
- Conduct annual events hosted by the company.
- Participate in various symposiums to exhibit and promote company products.
- Organize cadaver and sawbone workshops necessary for proper product usage.
Location: Seoul
Education: Bachelor's degree, any Health Science, Biomedical, or Pharmaceutical preferred.
Licenses/ Certifications: Driver’s license
Experience: Preferred: 0–3 years of sales experience in the medical or healthcare industry.
Competences:
- Proficiency in computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite products
- Willingness to travel extensively within your specified geographic region especially to province area
- Can communicate in English (Written & Verbal)
Physical Demands:
Travel Requirements: 25–50%
Commuting to the Seoul office as the primary base and traveling to the assigned territory for approximately 25% to 50% of the time.
