The Digital Sales Consultant – Sales Representative (DSC-SR) is responsible for driving new business and expanding digital pathology adoption within assigned territories. This role requires a strong understanding of dermatopathology workflows, digital solutions, and EMR integration to deliver a consultative sales approach.

The DSC-SR partners closely with the Digital Success Team to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term client success while meeting aggressive revenue and adoption goals.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Execution & Revenue Growth

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close for assigned accounts and territories.
     

  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
     

  • Conduct high-impact sales presentations and demos of PathologyWatch digital solutions.
     

  • Leverage CRM (HubSpot) for pipeline management, forecasting, and activity tracking.
     

Client Engagement & Relationship Building

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dermatology clinics.
     

  • Identify client pain points and develop tailored solutions leveraging digital pathology.
     

  • Partner with Digital Success Specialists for onboarding and implementation.
     

Strategic Territory Management

  • Develop and execute a territory growth plan aligned with organizational priorities.
     

  • Identify and pursue new opportunities through targeted outreach, networking, and events.
     

  • Maintain detailed knowledge of market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
