YOUR ROLE
As the Territory Sales Manager – Application Security, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Thales’ Application Security portfolio across your assigned territory, driving new business, upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
You will manage the full sales lifecycle from pre-sales collaboration through to negotiation and deal closure, ensuring revenue, margin and pipeline targets are achieved while expanding strategic enterprise accounts.
This role plays a critical part in achieving Order Intake (OI) and growth objectives across the sales perimeter.
Implement, configure and troubleshoot digital identity solutions across client environments
- Promote and sell a dedicated Application Security portfolio across assigned accounts and territory
- Drive full-cycle sales in collaboration with KAMs, Capture Directors and Business Development teams
- Manage the overall sales process including change requests and partner coordination
- Develop and support sales strategies aligned to specific customers and projects
- Run opportunity pipeline reviews and contribute to business forums and sales governance activities
- Build strong stakeholder engagement across Account Teams, Sales Operations, Finance, Legal and Business Line stakeholders
- Contribute to Executive Summaries, Gate approvals and commercial strategy development
- Monitor and summarise accurate sales forecasts and pipeline performance
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction in partnership with account leadership
- Negotiate and close agreements in line with revenue and margin expectations

- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to develop financial and commercial offers
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Strong negotiation and closing capability
- Resilience and adaptability within high-performance sales environments
- Strong listening skills and ability to tailor solutions to customer needs
- Experience contributing to commercial strategies, executive proposals and forecasting activities
- Ability to collaborate effectively across sales, bids, finance, legal and operational teams
- Track record of meeting or exceeding Order Intake (OI) and revenue targets
