This dynamic role requires an individual to drive growth and achieve sales goals across the territory. Key responsibilities include overseeing all opportunities, ensuring monthly and yearly sales targets are met, and managing the diverse needs of contractors and wholesalers to deliver outstanding customer experience. This role involves collaborating closely within a six-person team and serving as the crucial conduit between the field and internal teams (Tech Support and Product Management) to convey vital product information and market feedback.
Job Description
- Participates in prospective projects for existing accounts and prospects and develops a professional relationship to understand the customer needs and suggest products and/or services that meet the customer needs.
- Aids in and supports business development activities for existing accounts and prospects within defined segments to support the business strategy.
- Reviews bid opportunities, participates in the preparation of bid responses and the negotiation with potential customers.
- Participates in the development of new customer contact leads for the sales business development team.
- Proactively identifies prospective target accounts and presents to sales business development team.
- Maintains personal customer relationships with prospective accounts to influence opportunities.
- May attend trade shows at times to increase the visibility of the organization. Prepares workshops for assigned customers

- Candidates with experience regarding Viessmann products will be preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, creative and systematic working habits, self-starter.
- Excellent interpersonal, language, and communication skills.
Pay Range
The annual salary for this position is between $64,500.00 - $129,500.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate. The pay range will not be below the minimum wage applicable to the jurisdiction in which the applicant is to be employed.Other Compensation
This position may be entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.Benefits
