Responsibilities
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales and revenue objectives within the territory.
  • Develop and execute strategies to grow sales and expand market share within the assigned territory.
  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new commercial customer accounts, including automotive repair shops and other business customers.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  • Partner with automotive shop owners and customers to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns promptly while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate Commercial Managers and Mobile Sales Representatives to achieve sales and performance goals.
  • Monitor team performance and identify opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency, and overall results.
  • Work closely with Operations to ensure a seamless customer experience from the initial sale through product delivery.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities and market trends.
  • Develop and implement territory-specific business plans and initiatives to drive growth.
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with key and strategic commercial accounts.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
  • Support loss prevention efforts and promote a safe, professional, and productive work environment.
Qualifications

Required Experience

  • Demonstrated success in external sales B2B and B2C
  • Automotive industry experience strongly preferred
  • Proficiency in analyzing sales metrics, profit and loss statements, and gross margin data
  • Valid Drivers License
