- Achieve monthly sales targets in the assigned territory through effective lead generation, customer engagement, and timely follow-ups.
- Own the entire front-end sales process, from prospecting and cold calling to fixing demos, conducting product presentations, and closing deals.
- Clearly communicate product value and commercial terms to doctors, hospitals, and other healthcare stakeholders.
- Work with the service and application teams to ensure timely installation and training for the customer, while staying updated on customer satisfaction.
- Take ownership of payment collections by aligning with customers on payment terms upfront and following up consistently for dues.
- Ensure all customer and sales activity is accurately updated in CRM and shared in weekly reports to the reporting manager.
- Plan and execute weekly field travel to cover both high-potential and follow-up accounts across the territory.
- Participate in sales reviews, product trainings, and key industry events as required by the company.
- Maintain a respectful, responsible, and solutions-focused approach in all customer and internal interactions.
- Build strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and generate references.
