Territory Sales Manager, Siliguri, Cons. Repl. Sales

As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be a driven sales professional who would thrive on building strong customer relationships and delivering results. In this role, you will be the face of Goodyear in your territory, would be driving growth in the Consumer Replacement Business. You will be owning your market, identifying opportunities, and ensuring Goodyear remains the brand of choice for dealers and consumers alike.

Key Responsibility Areas:

• You take full ownership of sales targets and market share growth in your assigned territory.
• You build and nurture strong relationships with channel partners, distributors, and retailers.
• You drive demand generation through effective dealer engagement, promotional activities, and consumer-focused initiatives.
• You monitor competitor activities and market trends, translating insights into actionable strategies.
• You ensure effective execution of Goodyear’s sales programs, pricing, and distribution policies.
• You collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, supply chain, finance) to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• You track performance metrics, analyze sales data, and report progress with clear recommendations.

Experience

• You bring 3+ years of proven sales experience in FMCG, automotive, or consumer durables, with a preference for tire industry exposure.
• You should have a track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• You should have strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
