- 持续推动北区部分直辖市、省份(天津、北京、山东)的销售增长,实现销售目标/
Continuously drive the sales growth in the cities/provinces (Tianjin, Beijing, Shandong) and achieve the sales target
- KOL 管理并提供专业技术支持,以确保所需市场的销售 / KOL management and
professionally deliver the technical support to the specific accounts to ensure the required in-market sales
- 客户管理,适时向相关管理团队提供及时、全面的现场市场信息 / Manage accounts to
provide timely and comprehensive field market information to relative management team as and when required
- 与分销商合作,支持基于区域的销售目标、分期预测,并保持合理的渠道库存 / Work
with distributor(s) to support order placements based on the regional sales target, phasing forecast, and support reasonable channel inventories
- 确保销售策略和业务计划的执行 / Ensure the execution of the sales strategy and business planning

Requirement 要求
- 常驻天津,可适应长期出差 / Base in Tianjin, available to travel (>50%)
- 必须具备医疗器械行业工作经验/ Medical Device industry experience is a must
- 以客户为中心,具有可靠的销售策略和市场营销技巧 / Customer focused with proven
strategic selling and marketing skills
- 具有较强的领导力、人际交往和人际关系管理能力 / Strong leadership, interpersonal and
relationship management skills
- 具有较强的谈判能力、沟通能力和影响能力 / Strong negotiation, communication and
influencing skills 

- 良好的职业道德,能够独立完成多项任务 / Strong work ethic with ability to multi-task and work independently
- 优秀的团队协作者 / Must be able to collaborate in team environment
- 医学、临床、市场营销或工商管理专业的学士以上学位 / Bachelor's Degree in Medical,
Clinical, Marketing, or Business Administration
