Job description
FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Assist in strategies creation, KPIs and targets, while also executing daily public relations activities.
- Work with global PR team and local partner PR teams to ensure communications plans and targets in assigned markets are in line with business goals.
- Respond to and fulfill requests from assigned markets for media opportunities and support.
- Receive regular reports from assigned markets to ensure performance is as planned. Provide analysis and reports on assigned markets PR KPIs, media coverage and key highlights to superiors.
- Be the first point of contact for in-country teams, develop strong relationships with local teams to represent their interests to HQ and vice versa.
- Working with spokespeople and experts to deliver commentary to the media in a timely fashion.
- Following ESET global PR calendar and provide feedback.
- Checking and feedbacking ESET PR content and providing advice for ESET teams based on the evaluation, analysis and knowledge of the strategic markets.
- Following ESET PR metrics, cooperate with GPR analyst in the preparation of strategies, analysis and reports for the strategic markets.
- Coordinate press events and visits to HQ as required. Provide reports for PR activities at industry events, conferences, trade shows and ESET-led PR events.
- Propose and implement improvements of processes and work procedures within the team.
- Share relevant information and support communication within the team and with other organizational units.
- Provide insight and local perspectives, assist with creating crisis communications strategies and content.
- Plan and coordinate the work of colleagues in accordance with superior's instructions, be responsible for the performance of the tasks entrusted to it in accordance with established procedures and processes and prioritize tasks of colleagues in order to meet established objectives and achieve required results.
This position is a maternity leave cover.
REQUIREMENTS
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree preferably on marketing, PR, journalism
Experience:
- at least 5 years on similar role
Soft skills:
- very detail oriented and organized person would be a great fit
Language:
- Excellent written and spoken English (C1)
- Other languages are welcomed
Basic wage component (gross): from 2200 EUR
- Performance bonus 2 times per year up to 10% of the basic salary paid for the evaluation period (usually 6 months)
