Responsibilities:

  • Prospect new customers and manage existing accounts to achieve revenue and profit targets

  • Manage pricing, product mix, and implement cross-sell and upsell programs at existing accounts

  • Identify new sales opportunities and convert them into Hospitality customers

  • Manage the sales funnel and maintain CRM reporting on account opportunities, performance, needs, and risks

  • Respond to customer proposal requests within assigned territory

  • Educate customers on new product developments and application advances

  • Track account business performance at least monthly and take corrective actions when needed

  • Manage account conflicts and ensure customer satisfaction

  • Leverage internal resources such as leadership, marketing, promotions, communications, newsletters, and social media to support account growth

  • Define sales forecasts including financial and value chain projections

  • Plan and replenish dosing equipment in collaboration with technical customer service

  • Assist marketing with pricing policy and competitive intelligence

  • Train and mentor junior and newly onboarded sales resources

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field, preferably Hospitality or Chemistry

  • Strong sales experience, including closing new and existing customer opportunities and managing technical customer service

  • Sales experience in the Hospitality sector preferred

  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales administration technology

  • Valid driving experience is mandatory

  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)

  • Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork-oriented, and energetic

  • Computer literacy with focus on Microsoft Office programs
