Malouf is looking for a Territory Manager to help drive sales. This individual will participate in developing business strategies, working with external and internal sales representatives to help maximize sales opportunities with existing accounts, new accounts and prospects while building long-term relationships. This position requires strong attention to detail, a strategic mindset and effective communication skills. The ideal candidate will be self-driven and able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Responsibilities and Duties
  • In charge of big picture strategy to grow sales in the territory
  • Communicate with and motivate outside sales representatives to help them work to the best of their ability
  • Understand the competition and know how to sell against them
  • Help new and existing accounts reach their sales potential by evaluating trends to find opportunities for growth
  • Monitor and analyze customer’s usage of our product
  • Deliver exceptional service daily
  • Problem solve any issues that arise in a timely manner
  • Identify potential partnership opportunities through prospecting
Qualifications and Skills
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
  • Self-motivated with the ability to recognize the relative value of accounts and prioritize accordingly
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time with attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability and maturity
  • Ability to make quick, smart decisions with limited information
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Excel and Outlook
  • Must be willing to travel when necessary
  • Learn/retain product information quickly
