The Role
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Territory Manager to oversee and drive sales across a designated region. In this role, you will lead a team of sales agents, develop strategic sales plans, and ensure that sales targets are met while providing outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Field Sales Agents to achieve sales objectives.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to your territory's market dynamics.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct regular field visits to support the sales team and assess market conditions.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on sales campaigns and product offerings.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, trends, and forecasts.
Requirements
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong background in financial services or lending products is preferred.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze market data and drive strategic decision-making.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
