Our Maffra Branch is looking for a Territory Manager to join our expanding sales team. This role offers training and growth opportunities while allowing you to make a real impact in the agricultural sector. As a Territory Manager, you will be part of a dedicated team focused on delivering exceptional customer service and innovative solutions.

About the role:

As a Territory Manager, you will bring expertise and responsiveness to the table every day on a team dedicated to world-class customer service and solutions. This career opportunity offers earnings potential along with exposure for career advancement.

• Represent the company in selling small agricultural equipment within a designated geographic area.

• Maintains current product knowledge on features and benefits of all equipment potentially saleable by the dealership.

• Implement regular call cycles and maintain comprehensive customer information in your territory.

• Monitors trends in customer business and competitors’ activity/products

• Maintains all customer information in assigned territory for sales management.

• Achieve sales objectives set by Brandt as part of the sales planning process, including but not limited to market share.

• Assist in organizing customer events and conduct field demonstrations of new equipment.

• Provide financing options to help customers purchase new and used equipment.

• Attends applicable sales training events/seminars.

• Timely communication of trends, activity, sales reports etc. to Management

• Maintain current knowledge of used equipment values and ability to evaluate properly for trading purposes.
