Who We’re Looking For:

As a key member of the GI team, the Territory Manager will support a positive customer experience by directly selling products and services to offices, hospitals, and ambulatory surgical centers in a distinct and assigned territory.  The Territory Manager is responsible for producing a sales volume at or above their assigned sales quota.

 

About the Role:

  • Ability to present, in-service, and sell Laborie products and services to current and potential clients with a focus on sales growth.
  • Prepare action plans to identify specific sales prospects to achieve targets.
  • Support and advise physicians on the correct use of Laborie products, identify and resolve client related concerns. 
  • Ability to demonstrate the effective use of all available sales tools and materials, to identify and develop real prospects to ensure sales targets are achieved. 
  • Present brand value propositions and value-added customer solutions through leveraging the overall Laborie range, focusing on account penetration.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required, in lieu of bachelor's degree, additional years of directly related experience will be accepted.
  • Minimum 3 years of demonstrated successful sales experience in medical device or related field.
  • Proven ability to identify business opportunities and persuade and influence others.
  • Excellent communication skills including advanced presentation ability.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Sales experience in a physician office environment highly preferred.
  • Ability to work independently with effective time management skills.
