- Manage a diverse portfolio of existing client accounts & partners (resellers) OEM’s and key accounts
- Manage and expand the aftermarket business (IAF) and compressed Air treatment business in assigned territory in Australia
- Work intensively with OEM’s, resellers and service agents, to support growth and enhance customer experience
- Travel throughout the assigned territories
- Maintains a consistent customer call routine and regular customer visits
- Sales Growth: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities (upsell/cross sell) with clients, negotiate contracts, and meet/exceed sales targets
- Displays, promotes and demonstrates product using samples electronic communication or catalogue and emphasises saleable features.
- Facilitating smooth communication channels and customer management with all Donaldson resellers, end users, consultants, mechanical services & dealers
- Develop and build long-term relationships with all customers by continually providing professional customer service.
- Actively contribute to regional sales strategies in alignment with global team objectives
- General account management such as customer support & training, product demonstration, assistance with appropriate marketing materials & attendance at trade shows
- Relationship Management: Act as primary contact for assigned accounts, addressing inquiries, resolving disputes and providing proactive solution packages

Sales Administration
- Daily input of all customer activities and opportunities into CRM.

This is a full time role based in Melbourne, Victoria.
