The Territory Manager will report to the Trade Sales Manager and work closely with the L7 - IN - LEGRAND team.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and market share goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns.
- Analyze sales data and provide regular reports to the Trade Sales Manager.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation as required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the electrical product line.
- Proven track record in trade sales with a focus on primary, secondary, and tertiary sales channels.
- Strong understanding of the electrical industry and market trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a diverse range of tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the territory.
- Flexibility to work extended hours as needed.
