Your Responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory and account strategies to achieve or exceed annual sales budgets, revenue targets, and business objectives.
- A majority focus on our Floor Care.
- Manage the full account lifecycle, including order management, accounting and billing coordination, logistics, service-related needs, and issue resolution.
- Balance remote account management with face-to-face customer engagement and territory travel. The role is generally approximately 50% home office and 50% field-based, with the mix fluctuating based on seasonality and business needs.
- Manage Existing Dealers to use the Sales Tools and Programs available to them to increase Sales Volumes in the region
- Open up New Business through Traditional Distribution and through the Trade Partner Program
- Increase Branding through consistent Territory Marketing and Dealer Gallery Displays
- Participate in the overall experience at our Galleries
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Good time management
- Computer literate w/ Microsoft Office package
- Valid driver's license is required
- This position will require travel within the area covered
