The Territory Manager, WA is responsible for the promotion, sales, and clinical adoption of ZOLL’s Hospital product portfolio within the WA region including NT. This includes engagement with public and private hospitals, focusing on building strong relationships with clinical stakeholders, decision-makers, and biomedical departments to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic business plan to achieve sales targets and expand market share for ZOLL’s Hospital portfolio across West Australia and Northern Territory.
- Proactively identify, qualify, and convert sales opportunities within both public and private hospital systems, including regional and metropolitan areas.
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with a broad range of stakeholders including clinicians (ED, ICU, perioperative, general wards), procurement officers, and biomedical engineers.
- Deliver compelling resuscitation portfolio/product presentations and tailored clinical demonstrations to showcase ZOLL’s value proposition and evidence-based advantages.
- Conduct in-servicing, implementation training, and follow-up education to ensure smooth integration of products into clinical environments and to maximise customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams including clinical support, marketing, service, and customer service to ensure high-quality service delivery and post-sale support.
- Provide input into local marketing initiatives and participate in hospital exhibitions, conferences, and product showcases to build brand awareness and engagement.
- Manage all aspects of the sales cycle including territory planning, forecasting, quoting, tender response support, and contract negotiations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce CRM, including customer interactions, pipeline management, and activity reporting.

- Ability to work independently and manage a geographically diverse territory.
- Demonstrated competency in territory planning, account management, and pipeline development.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or equivalent CRM platform.
- Current Australian driver’s licence and ability to travel within Western Australia and NT
