The Territory Manager - Specification will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with major Architects and Consultants in their region. They will work towards achieving regional business development targets and ensuring the overall sales goals are met. This role requires excellent communication and coordination skills to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and provide customized solutions to customers.
Responsibilities- Build and maintain effective relationships with key Architects and Consultants specifiers and influencers in the region -Mumbai.
- Achieve regional business development targets, contributing to the overall sales performance.
- Liaise with specifiers and influencers to secure approvals for the entire product range.
- Provide techno-commercial support to the sales team during the pre-sales process, including tendering and bidding.
- Generate and update a regional database of specifiers and influencers for future reference and opportunities.
- Identify and engage with new projects in the region to generate enquiries and business leads.
- Design and execute local promotional strategies through participation in industry events, exhibitions, and meetings with specifiers and influencers.
- Focus on establishing new products with specifiers, influencers, and large customers across all segments in the region.
- Monitor and analyze the sales and contribution of new products to the region's overall performance.
- Coordinate with internal teams, such as sales, technical support, and marketing, to deliver tailored solutions to customers.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
