What You’ll DoOwn full commercial performance across the Southeast territory, treating it as a standalone business
Build and convert pipeline for new customers, distributors, and channel partnerships across the region
Prospect, engage, and open net-new accounts in underpenetrated markets
Retain and expand existing distributor and key account relationships
Develop new customers, channels, and applications aligned to regional strategy
Translate national sales strategy into disciplined, local market execution
Align distributors and brokers to defined performance standards and growth expectations
Translate sell-in into sustained sell-through and measurable reorder performance
Execute structured territory plans that balance revenue growth, margin discipline, and long-term brand integrity
Identify whitespace opportunities, competitive risks, and emerging threats early — and act decisively
Partner cross-functionally to resolve customer issues before they escalate
Maintain rigorous CRM discipline, forecasting accuracy, and pipeline visibility
Represent Diversified Botanics consistently and professionally throughout the Southeast
Travel is required and managed independently based on growth priorities
Treat a multi-state region like a coordinated business with clear performance standards
Are energized by opening new doors and developing underpenetrated markets
Balance retention discipline with structured expansion
Are comfortable managing distributor performance and indirect channels
Convert sell-in into sustained sell-through performance
Use data to allocate time and travel efficiently
Operate autonomously without sacrificing forecast precision
Take ownership of measurable revenue growth across the territory
Prefer inheriting mature territories with limited new door responsibility
Rely on inbound demand rather than proactive territory development
Avoid structured planning, forecasting, or CRM accountability
Underinvest in distributor alignment and channel performance

Prefer narrow responsibilities over full commercial ownership
5+ years of field B2B sales experience with multi-state responsibility
Demonstrated success generating net-new revenue while expanding existing accounts
Demonstrated success managing and growing complex or developing territories
Experience working with distributors, brokers, or indirect channels
Strong planning, prioritization, and execution discipline
Comfort operating autonomously with clear accountability
