The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Territory Manager to join our Sage Division, specialising in Infection Prevention and Pressure Injury Prevention. You’ll champion cutting-edge solutions that reduce healthcare-associated infections and improve patient outcomes—empowering providers to deliver the highest standard of care. This is a Sydney-based role, covering hospitals and healthcare facilities across the metropolitan region and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a strategic territory sales plan to exceed targets
- Build strong relationships with Nurse Unit Managers, infection preventionists, nurses, and healthcare professionals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction
- Deliver product demonstrations, educational sessions, and training programs
- Provide exceptional customer service and post-sale clinical support
Minimum Requirements
- Proven success in sales with a track record of exceeding targets (3+ years)
- Strong communication and presentation skills to engage diverse audiences
- Strategic mindset with business acumen and market analysis skills
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Sydney and surrounding regions
Preferred Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Health, Business, Nursing, or related field
