Overview:
AffloVest, A part of Tactile’s respiratory business is a tried, true and proven airway clearance therapy with more than 10,000 already in clinical use, is the first battery-operated High Frequency Chest Wall Oscillation (HFCWO) therapy that let patients with cystic fibrosis, and neuromuscular diseases receive state-of-the-art airway clearance therapy on the go. You will be responsible for establishing sales strategies to attain monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals. Responsible for penetrating underserved markets. Presenting service and product offerings and value propositions in a meaningful way that demonstrates understanding of customer’s needs.

Responsibilities:
Travel throughout assigned territory to call on existing and prospective customers to generate territory growth. Present service and product offerings and value proposition in a meaningful way that demonstrates understanding of customer’s needs. Enter and maintain prospect and client information and sales activity in the company’s CRM and other reporting tools. Prepare and present sales activity results by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information. Works with the Sales and Management Teams to align goals, share pertinent information and processes, and support the overall success of the company. Generate leads via data-driven sales prospecting. Cultivate long-term relationships with physicians and referral sources. Meet monthly sales goals via interactions with new and existing DME distribution channels. Manage the consistent, ongoing presence of sales messaging throughout your territory. Present clinical follow-up and patient reporting to existing referral sources. Establish, develop, and maintain contact and relationships with prospects. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Required: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and related work experience

3+ years successful direct field sales experience.

Ability to travel within Territory up 70% or more.

Preferred:

Previous DME experience Home Medical Equipment and/or pharmaceutical sales experience.

Sales Management experience.

Travel within territory as well as outside territory for conferences and training.

Ability to lift 20 pounds.

Below is the starting salary or hourly range for this position, although offers may differ based on the candidate's location, job-specific knowledge, skills and experience.

US Pay Range
$83,000$102,900 USD
