We are looking for a Technical Support Representative to provide best in class surgical technical advice to surgeons and nurses inside the Operative Room.

To do this, you’ll need to build and develop strong working relationship with medical professionals and lead pre-sales activities to expand and retain our business within our existing accounts.

You’ll also provide product training and technical support, all whilst coordinating training activities during hospital staff meetings, supervising the logistical aspects and actively participating during local sales training courses.

What will you be doing?

  • Retain and maintain technical expertise for Knees & Hips solutions for existing accounts.
  • Ensure safe and effective product usage to improve patient outcomes.
  • Provide technical support and guidance on product knowledge and surgical techniques.
  • Coordinate logistics with Customer Care for efficient consignment and loan management.
  • Build relationships with operating room staff, hospital personnel and clinical partners.
  • Assist in implementing new CORI robotics accounts and provide basic troubleshooting post-certification.
  • Report customer issues and technical problems to the National Field Manager.
  • Support medical education activities and national orthopaedics congresses to engage and educate customers.

Our successful candidate will have a good knowledge of and a background working within an operating room environment. They’ll have experience working within the Orthopaedics field and have a vast technical knowledge, ideally of S+N products.
