If you were the Territory Manager, Ontario & Manitoba now, here are some of the core activities you would be doing:
- Translating the seasonal strategy to a sell-in and marketing plans to secure pre-orders and a commitment from our specialty base to bring future seasons to life on the retail floor with accompanying sell-through plans
- Training retail staff on our brand promise, seasonal vision, and product specifics so they can spread the Arc’teryx stoke and drive full price sell through with delighted guests
- Connecting members of the Arc’teryx community – Brand Stores, Ambassadors, Regional Staff - in your territory through events and activations that build brand awareness and excitement
- Managing your orderbook to ensure best possible fulfillment, satisfied partners, and in-season sales opportunities
- Using experience and data to strengthen forecasts, planning, and product feedback to drive continuous improvement
- Traveling your territory to sell, stoke, and educate on the Arc’teryx brand and it’s offering (30 – 40% travel commitment)
- Supporting the training, coaching, onboarding, and regular communication of business process as it relates to our ERP system, SAP

- Prototyping new retail formats in partnership with our specialty retailers that elevate the brand experience, build awareness, and increase sales
- Working closely with the Community Marketing team to identify new guests to bring to the brand
- Informing and helping build new commercial strategies to evolve in the spirit of Arc’teryx values
Are you our next Territory Manager, Ontario & Manitoba?
- You have a Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or a related field
- You have 5+years of sales experience in outdoor sales or related industry; ideally selling apparel and footwear
- You have a strong ability to build relationships, sell, influence, and negotiate
- You have strong presentation and communication skills
- You have excellent organizational skills, analytical ability, and a track record of strategic planning
- You are optimistic about the future and what can be achieved, and listen to others’ needs
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office
- You have the ability to work well independently and in a team
- You are proactive in identifying the root cause of issues and developing solutions
- You remain highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity
