Job DescriptionThe Territory Manager is responsible for driving business growth, managing key hospital accounts, and expanding patient access to specialized therapies within assigned territories. This position bridges strategic account planning with high-impact scientific engagement to deliver commercial objectives and foster strong clinical partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Territory & Account Planning: Develop and execute multi-channel account plans to achieve revenue goals, optimize hospital access, and track brand adoption across key accounts.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Establish and maintain scientific, professional relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), department heads, clinical specialists, and hospital procurement teams.
- Commercial & Scientific Execution: Organize structured clinical discussions, advisory boards, and educational meetings to communicate therapeutic value effectively.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Brand Marketing, and Market Access to align field tactics with broader product strategy and account needs.
- Market Intelligence & Compliance: Monitor healthcare landscape changes, hospital tender processes, and competitor activities while maintaining 100% compliance with industry standards and regional regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related Life Sciences discipline.
- Experience: 3–5 years of successful sales/territory management experience in specialty pharmaceuticals (Oncology, Hematology, or Immunology preferred).
- Network & Market Insight: Proven track record in key account management within major Saudi hospital networks (e.g., MOH, NGHA, KFSH&RC, Military).
- Licensing: Active registration with the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS).
- Languages: Professional fluency in English and Arabic.
