As a Territory Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving business growth, strengthening our distributor network, and expanding our market presence across Northern Mexico.

Main responsibilities:
Develop and execute the commercial strategy to achieve annual sales objectives across the assigned territory.
Drive profitable growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding market share.
Build, develop, and strengthen relationships with distributors, providing ongoing support, coaching, and performance evaluations.
Identify and develop new distributors and market opportunities aligned with business strategy.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Customer Service, Marketing, Supply Chain, Credit & Collections, and Logistics to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Support pricing strategies and commercial initiatives to maximize business results.
Provide technical and commercial guidance to distributors and end users.
Monitor sales performance, project pipelines, and commercial activities using CRM and business tools.
Plan and manage travel effectively across the assigned territory.
Ensure compliance with commercial policies and internal processes.
Lead, coach, and develop the sales resources assigned to the territory.
Minimum qualifications.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Sales, or a related field.
Proven experience in B2B sales, territory management, channel management, or industrial sales.
Experience working with distributors and dealer networks.
Strong business development and relationship management skills.
Ability to identify market opportunities and develop growth strategies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
Willingness to travel extensively throughout the assigned territory.
Strategic Thinking & Decision-Making Ability
Self-starter with the highest degree of energy, organized, proactive, self-confidence and integrity and the ability to perform well with-out daily supervision.

Preferred Qualifications
Proven experience within industrial, filtration, manufacturing, mining, heavy equipment, or related industries.
Technical aptitude and ability to support product applications.
English proficiency is considered an asset.
Note: The Territory Manager must be based in Sonora, preferably in Hermosillo or a nearby area.
