This role will focus on expanding the Revvity Signals business across Nordics, engaging with pharmaceutical, biotechnology, CRO, Material Science, healthcare, and research organizations. The ideal candidate is an enterprise seller with strong industry knowledge, a proven ability to manage long and complex sales cycles, and the drive to consistently exceed revenue targets.
This position will manage both new business development and existing accounts.
Role Responsibilities
Drive the growth of Revvity Signals software solutions across the Nordic region
Develop and execute sales plans targeting organizations involved in Research & Development , translational science, and clinical data management
Identify and develop new enterprise opportunities within pharmaceutical, biotech, CRO, Material Science and healthcare organizations
Build and manage relationships with key decision-makers and executive stakeholders
Demonstrate a hunter mindset through proactive prospecting, lead qualification, and pipeline development
Understand customer Research and Development workflows, challenges, and digital transformation initiatives and align them with Revvity Signals solutions
Deliver compelling value-based sales presentations demonstrating business and scientific impact
Manage the full enterprise sales cycle, from opportunity identification through contract negotiation and closing
Collaborate with pre-sales, consulting, and technical teams to develop tailored solutions
Maintain a strong and predictable sales pipeline and accurate forecasting
Negotiate complex enterprise software and service agreements
Represent Revvity Signals at industry conferences, customer meetings, and executive briefings
Qualifications
10+ years of experience selling enterprise software solutions
Proven success selling into enterprise-level organizations
Experience selling to both scientific business stakeholders and IT leadership
Strong understanding of the life sciences, Material Science or healthcare industry
Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles
Consistent track record of exceeding sales quotas
Experience selling informatics, data platforms, analytics, or scientific software preferred
Education in life sciences, chemistry, biology, or related fields (BS, MS, or PhD) preferred but not required
Willingness to travel across Nordic as required
