Main Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to acquire new accounts while nurturing and expanding relationships with existing accounts in both neurovascular and peripheral vascular fields.
- Conduct regular customer visits, provide product demos, training, and case support to ensure effective product usage.
- Implement territory strategies, prioritize key accounts, and manage CRM tools to track performance.
- Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns and product initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with key opinion leaders and clinical champions to drive product adoption.
- Ensure product availability and timely delivery through effective stock management.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts and performance reports to management.
- Participate in industry events to stay informed on trends and network with stakeholders.
What We’re looking for:
- Completed training or degree in medicine, natural sciences, or business administration
- Ideally, you will have several years of sales experience in the medical devices industry, with a strong track record of closing deals—particularly in neurovascular, peripheral, or cardiology fields. We also welcome candidates with a solid background in surgical specialties such as neurosurgery, orthopedics, spine, or cardiac surgery.
- Strong understanding of the clinical environment
- Enthusiastic, persuasive, and willing to negotiate, with excellent communication and presentation skills
- High willingness to learn, flexibility, and commitment
- Independent work style with a hands-on mentality and reliability
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken
- Willingness to travel extensively
