Job Description and Areas of Responsibility:
· You are responsible for the coordination and implementation of patient training / instruction on the use of LifeVest
· You train the hospital staff in the use of LifeVest independently and answer queries expertly and professionally
· You acquire external patient trainers, train them and award user certificates
· You inform hospitals about the benefits of LifeVest, maintain contact with existing customers and provide reliable advice to new customers
· You provide administrative and organisational support to the sales force and take on any substitution tasks that arise
The goal of this position is to raise awareness of the Wearable Cardioverter Defibrillator (LifeVest) as a bridging tool for patients suffering from a high risk of sudden cardiac arrest (SCA). Furthermore, you will support and grow the customer base to increase the number of prescriptions and revenue, and ensure that patients are fit with the device as soon as possible. The primary discipline of your work and customer base is in the Cardiology sector, including emergency, resuscitative and intensive care. Your main responsibilities include:
· Increase awareness in your territory by visiting hospitals and speaking to physicians about the risk of SCA to promote prescriptions (new and existing customer base)
· Develop and provide upon request an action plan for targeting new customers where awareness is low
· Planning and execution of product trainings and introductions for physicians and hospital staff
· Reporting of activities and progress in regular intervals
· Monitoring of patients in online network for discussion with physicians
· Participate, network and advertise on relevant international Cardiology conferences as necessary
· Participation in product and sales training in preparation for your sales and marketing activities
· Close collaboration with Administration, Sales and Marketing Dept.
We request the following from the applicant:
· At least 2 years of sales experience
· Prior experience in the medical sector, preferably in Cardiology
· Besides Italian, fluency in both written and spoken English is obligatory
· Assertive, respectful, team oriented with well-developed interpersonal skills both internally with co-workers and externally with customers and business partners
· Goal-oriented thinking with a strong hands-on mentality and persistent approach
· Applicant must be prepared to travel frequently
Pay range: 45.000-55.000 EUR per year + 10.000 EUR Commission eligibility
