We are seeking a full-time, onsite Territory Manager to support and grow our Industrial Sales division. The Territory Manager will work closely with customers to identify product needs and provide tailored solutions leveraging the company’s diverse manufacturing capabilities in sewn textiles, plastics, and metal fabrication.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and grow an assigned territory through strategic account development and prospecting
• Build strong relationships with new and existing customers to understand their business needs and identify opportunities
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely professional manner
• Generate new business through leads and proactive outreach
• Utilize SAP Business One to maintain customer records, enter orders and track activity
• Communicating with customers in an efficient and timely manner
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Skills & Qualifications
• Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 4-5 years of sales, account management, or customer-facing experience preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Physical Requirements & Work Environment
• Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, climb stairs and use hands for typing and handling product samples
• Full-time, onsite: Monday-Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
• Ability to communicate effectively through speaking and listening
• Occasional movement throughout manufacturing and warehouse areas

· Pay Range: $24.04-26.45 per hour plus commission
