A Day in the LifeOur Energy-Based Devices portfolio focuses on technologies that support tissue dissection, vessel sealing, and procedural efficiency across a broad range of surgical procedures. The business works closely with surgeons, operating room teams, and healthcare institutions to support clinical practice through solutions that enhance precision, workflow, and consistency in the operating room.
This role supports the Nagpur and Vidarbha region and is designated as a Remote position. The Territory Manager is expected to travel up to 30% within the assigned territory to support customer engagement, account development, product evaluations, case support, and business growth activities.
The Territory Manager is responsible for driving sales performance and market development for the Energy-Based Devices portfolio within the assigned territory. This role partners with surgeons, operating room staff, and healthcare institutions to support product adoption, execute account growth strategies, and achieve business objectives through effective territory management and clinical engagement.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

  • Achieve territory sales objectives for assigned products through effective territory planning, customer engagement, and opportunity management.
  • Drive focus product growth by conducting product demonstrations, supporting evaluations, and promoting adoption within target accounts.
  • Build and maintain relationships with surgeons, operating room personnel, purchasing stakeholders, and hospital administrators across the assigned territory.
  • Provide in-operating room clinical support and product expertise during procedures to facilitate appropriate product utilization.
  • Develop and execute account plans for key customers, including identification of growth opportunities and competitive conversion strategies.
  • Collect and analyze market intelligence, including competitive activity, procedure trends, and customer requirements, to support business decisions.
  • Coordinate customer education programs, Continuing Medical Education (CME) activities, and approved promotional initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Maintain accurate and timely reporting of sales activities, forecasts, account updates, and business performance metrics.

Required Knowledge and Experience: 

  • High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 6+ years experience OR Associate’s Degree AND 4+ years experience OR Bachelor’s Degree AND 2+ years experience
  • Experience managing hospital accounts and achieving sales targets within an assigned geographic territory.
  • Experience engaging with healthcare professionals and supporting clinical product adoption in hospital environments.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% within the Nagpur and Vidarbha region

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Energy-Based Devices, electrosurgical products, advanced surgical technologies, or related operating room portfolios.
  • Experience providing product support or clinical assistance during surgical procedures in operating room settings.
  • Demonstrated success managing relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), surgeons, and healthcare decision-makers.
  • Knowledge of surgical workflows, hospital procurement processes, and competitive medical device markets.
  • Experience developing territory growth plans using market analysis, account segmentation, and opportunity prioritization
