Job Summary

As a Territory Manager for ventilation, where you will play a key role in expanding access to life-saving technologies while collaborating with a diverse network of healthcare professionals and industry experts.

In this role, you will combine strategic thinking, commercial drive, and clinical engagement to grow our ventilator business across India. You will work closely with distributors, key opinion leaders, and internal teams to deliver impactful solutions that make a real difference in patient care.
Essential Functions

Drive Business Growth

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets for the ventilation portfolio across your territory

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, including innovative bundled solutions

  • Map market potential and build strategies to increase market share

Lead Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement territory-level business and go-to-market plans

  • Partner with marketing teams to align messaging and support product launches

  • Analyze sales and market data to guide decisions and improve performance

Build Strong Partnerships

  • Develop and coach distribution partners to maximize market coverage

  • Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, healthcare professionals, and key stakeholders

  • Engage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to drive adoption of advanced clinical solutions

Enhance Market Presence

  • Lead promotional activities, workshops, and training sessions

  • Increase awareness of the product portfolio within the medical community

  • Represent the organization at conferences and industry events

Provide Technical & Operational Support

  • Deliver product training and support to distributors and customers

  • Coordinate with regulatory, service, and clinical teams to ensure smooth operations

  • Gather and share field insights to improve products and strategies

Required/Preferred Education and Experience

  • College degree preferred

  • 5+ years of related sales experience required or

  • ZOLL experience required

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Proven track record in medical device sales, preferably in critical care or ventilation

  • Strong understanding of hospital environments and distributor networks

  • Strategic thinker with solid analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills

  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment
