The Territory Manager for CoreHire will focus on driving sales and fostering business growth. To succeed in this role, you must effectively communicate product and service details clearly and concisely. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving abilities, exceptional interpersonal skills, and advanced technological proficiency. You'll be responsible for explaining the platform's features and demonstrating how it can address the hiring challenges of potential clients.

Responsibilities:  

  • Develop and cultivate relationships that result in new contracts for Aya Healthcare 
  • Convey Aya Healthcare’s unique value proposition to key decision makers within potential new hospital accounts in order to secure new business for CoreHire  
  • Demonstrate and effectively present Aya Healthcare’s CoreHire software to healthcare organizations
  • Identify and contact healthcare organizations in order to win their business
  • Build and maintain an active pipeline of prospective clients
  • Educate prospective healthcare organizations about Aya's differentiated services and software
  • Generate leads through various channels, strategic planning and referrals
  • Serve as the advocate for clients to ensure satisfaction with all company services and products
  • Coordinate sales email campaigns to potential, current, and former clients 

Required Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years as a top producer in sales within a Healthcare staffing organization is required
  • SaaS sales experience is preferred
  • Excellent oral and written communication
  • Proven self-starter with energy and motivation to find, develop, and close sales.  
  • Must be results-oriented and driven by both financial and career opportunities
  • Ability to succeed in a competitive selling environment
  • Ability to effectively communicate with peers as well as executive level management
  • Ability to establish cross functional and multi-level relationships with both internal team members and external customers
  • Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize effectively
  • Flexibility and willingness to adapt in a fast-paced environment

  • Aya provides paid sick leave in accordance with all applicable state, federal, and local laws. Aya’s general sick leave policy is that employees accrue one hour of paid sick leave for every 30 hours worked. However, to the extent any provisions of the statement above conflict with any applicable paid sick leave laws, the applicable paid sick leave laws are controlling

Compensation: Aya reasonably anticipates the pay scale for this position to be $33.65 to $38.46 hourly, which equates to be $70,000 to $80,000 annually, plus commission.   

The pay scale for this position may vary if applicant possesses experience outside of what Aya reasonably anticipates for this position. Bonuses are subject to the role and your manager’s discretion.
